Great product.
Couple of suggestions:
1. The red adhesive cover is sometimes tough to get started to peel and the tabs on some of the peel components do not work. This makes installing the lights sometimes challenging because you can’t start peeling the red adhesive cover.
Solution -
- instruct users to pre peel slightly all of the components so that when they are installing, they can easily peel away the adhesive cover
2. The battery cover clasp is difficult to open and close. The additional force needed may rip the cover from the adhesive with use.
Solution : create a cover that is weather resistant but easier to close securely

These batteries are absolutely awesome. I love that you can recharge them and get 6+ hours of runtime, depending on your device and its setting. However for me I get a little more than 6 hours with the BIKE KIT LED kit. I love that they are chargeable with a USB - C cable. In addition with the provided "Y" charging cable you can charge 2 batteries at the same time, such a time saver.
My only recommendation is that the charging cable should be a lot longer. I would like it to be about 18" or longer.

Out of all the lights I purchased we only had 1 snowboard strip come up. Aside from that everyone loved the lights! So many compliments and from my perspective it was easier to track who’s who coming down the mountain. Only because no one else had lights that night.

I have been using Action Glow for 18 months and have mounted it on my skies and surfboard (actually, electric hydrofoil). I had several topics with the reliability of the batteries and the battery compartments. The locking mechanism of the battery compartment isn't 100%, so those compartments opened by themselves many times while skiing and surfing. It ruined the whole system, especially in surfing. Some batteries (two, to be specific) started to get rusty fast, even though I maintain it with diligent. On the other hand, Action Glow did send me some batteries and a second set of LED's for free.

I also wanted to share some feedback on the product itself. The LED lights are not as bright as I expected, and the LED strip has a noticeable thick section in the middle where the wire must be zip-tied together. This makes the strip look bulky and different from what was shown in the product description and images. Clearer product photos and a more seamless design would help set better expectations for customers.
